崗位職責(zé)
Job Description :
Lead technical team providing quality-and- timely technical support to the sales team and to the customer's questions and requests to ensure internal/external customer satisfaction.
Lead the development of new projects utilizing differentiation strategy.
Perform a window on technical trouble-shooting between customer and plant.
Optimize development process to meet customer quality request, within the given time and within the given cost and investment.
Work closely with operation team to maximize products portfolio.
Standardize products engineering to provide complete documentation to production and QC explaining how to produce and how to control his product..
Update BOM & Routine on his products.
Work as the main technical advisor on his project to ensure mass-pro start smoothly
Maintain technical database information of the plant.
Update/report the status of new projects.
任職要求
.年齡要求： 28-45 歲 語言要求： 英語-熟練 Candidate profile :
Mechanical with bachelor degree.
5 + years of experience as project leader.
Natural leader's to lead/coordinate a project team.
Good communication with both internal and external customer.
Result driver to meet the requirement from customers and management.
Good understanding about quality, functional and validation procedures.
Ability to read/write English and have basic of spoken English.
